This is the Original Oil Painting ‘Spiegelkogel over Ramolhaus’ / Size: 100 x 150cm

This very attractive mountain is the Spiegelkogel in Obergurgl, Austria. If you follow the ridge down and to the left you can see the iconic Ramolhaus. Great grandfather of Lukas Scheiber, current owner of the Edelweiss & Gurgl hotel, Martin Scheiber built the Ramolhaus at 3006 metres in 1881, making it the first mountain hut in the Ötztal Valley.

-Painted on Museum Stretched Canvas with Claessens 13 Very Fine Linen (325gsm) on wooden stretcher bars.
